I first met Jill Monroe about 9 years ago. She was the manager of the assisted living facility that was attached to the Nursing Home where my dad was a resident. My mom was considering getting an apartment at the assisted living, but at the time did not feel it was the best option for her. Several months later, after my dad had passed, my mom agreed to look at the assisted living option again. Jill met my mom and took her to the apartment asked questions, and observed her to make sure that her staff would be able to provide the services she required. My mom, at age 98 still lives at the site today.  

Jill was always thoughtful, and communicated on a regular basis with the families of her residents. She made it her business to get to know each client on a personal level. She knew their likes, dislikes and needs and made sure they were well cared for. When they were short staffed, she stepped up to assist with anything that needed doing, to ensure the best possible care of them all. Her organizational skills and caring nature make her the best possible person to entrust with the care for those who can no longer care for themselves. Any facility under her management will be in great hands!
